The Garden City Community College Board of Trustees elected board officers on Jan. 9.
Leonard Hitz and Shanda Smith were re-elected as Chairman and Vice-Chairman, respectively. Smith was also elected KACC Representative.
David Rupp retained his position as Economic Development Corporation Representative. Jean Clifford began her first term on the Board of Trustees during the meeting. The next meeting of the Board of Trustees is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday, February 13, in the Ronald J. Scott Endowment Room inside the Beth Tedrow Student Center at GCCC.
