GCHS Drama to present ‘Mean Girls’ this weekend

The Garden City High School drama department will present “Mean Girls: High School Version” at 7 p.m. on April 12 and 13 with a 2:30 p.m. matinee on April 14 in the auditorium on the Garden City High School campus, 2720 Buffalo Way Blvd.  

This play is rated PG-13 and may not be suitable for young children. Parental supervision is advised at this production.

Ticket prices are $10 for adults, $8 for senior citizens and $5 for students in high school and under.

Tickets may be purchased at https://gardencitydrama.ludus.com, from cast members or at the door the of the performances.

The box office opens an hour prior to the production for the purchase of tickets at the door.  Cash, checks, and credit/debit cards are accepted. 

Synopsis:  Mean Girls: High School Version is based on the original motion picture. Cady Heron may have grown up on an African savanna, but nothing prepared her for the wild and vicious ways of her strange new home: suburban Illinois. How will this naïve newbie rise to the top of the popularity pecking order? By taking on The Plastics, a trio of lionized frenemies led by the charming but ruthless Regina George.
