Jason Drohman chose to attend Garden City Community College (GCCC) to gain insight into post-secondary education.

The GCCC Endowment Association has announced three area students were selected for the 2024-2025 Otis and Mary Lee Molz Cooperative Scholarship. The Molz scholarship recipients will receive full tuition and fees for up to 16 credit hours per semester at GCCC.

GCHS Hall of Fame ceremony set for May 17

The Garden City High School Hall of Fame Committee has selected Duane Koster, in-town inductee, and Stephen A. Boppart, M.D., Ph.D., out-of-county inductee, to be inducted into the Garden City High School Hall of Fame on Friday, May 17, at 7:30 p.m., in the Garden City High School Commons Area, 2720 Buffalo Way Blvd.  The public is invited to attend the ceremony.
