Free school music concerts this week

Several free music concerts are scheduled this week at Garden City Public Schools. 

Today

• Florence Wilson Elementary School second grade music program in the gym, 1709 Labrador Blvd. Mrs. Acosta’s class will perform at 5:30 p.m., and Mrs. Meza’s class will perform at 6:15 p.m.
• Middle school “String-A-Palooza” orchestra concert at 6 p.m. in the Horace Good Middle School gym, 1412 N. Main Street.

Tuesday, May 12

• Kenneth Henderson Middle School band concert at 6 p.m. in the gym, 2406 Fleming St.
• Garden City High School will present a choir variety show  at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium, 2720 Buffalo Way Blvd.

Thursday, May 14

• Florence Wilson Elementary School second grade music program in the gym, 1709 Labrador Blvd. Mrs. Flores’ class will perform at 5:30 p.m., and Mrs. Martinez’s class will perform at 6:15 p.m.
• Horace Good Middle School band concert at 6 p.m. in Clifford Hope Auditorium, 1412 N. Main Street.
• Garden City High School orchestra concert at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium, 2720 Buffalo Way Blvd.
